Railcar & Tanker Cleaning Project Review
Plan your next field-service project.
Railcar and tanker cleaning requests need clear information about the equipment’s previous contents and the condition required afterward. EGM reviews recovery and industrial cleaning work on a project-specific basis.

Scope the equipment before choosing a method
Provide the equipment type, prior cargo or process material, available safety data and estimated residue quantity. Access openings, internal conditions, nearby operations and the proposed work location affect the equipment and crew plan. Photos and drawings can help clarify access before a site review.
Identify any entry, isolation, owner or rail-site requirements and explain the completion criteria. Product-change, inspection or return-to-service requirements need explicit agreement with the equipment owner. The scope should also identify who is responsible for recovered material and receiving approval.
